Refund policy

RETURNS:
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns on any items once they have been shipped. Our coffee is carefully roasted to order and packaged to ensure maximum freshness and quality, and we are committed to delivering it to you in perfect condition. However, if there are any issues with your order upon arrival, such as damage or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@waqa.coffee and we’ll be happy to assist.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, we will accept cancellations as long as the request is made on the same day the order was placed. Please reach out to us at info@waqa.coffe as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Please note that delivery charges, if any, will not be refunded. 

EXCEPTIONS:
While we strive to accommodate cancellation requests, please note that cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been communicated to our vendors for fulfillment. In such cases, the order will proceed as scheduled, and we will be unable to provide a refund or halt delivery.
